Bourbon Glazed Salmon* – Salmon fillet baked with our own bourbon sauce and served with the vegetable of the day. $15

Blackened Basa* – Two grilled basa fillets blackened and served with dill tarter sauce and the vegetable of the day. $14

Southwestern Tilapia* – Grilled tilapia fillet served southwestern style with homemade corn salsa and the vegetable of the day. $13

Grilled Tilapia* with Olive and Caper Sauce – Grilled tilapia fillet served a Mediterranean olive and caper sauce and the vegetable of the day. $13

Beef Stroganoff – Sautéed beef and mushrooms in a rich cream sauce served over locally made linguini pasta. $14

Bleu Linguini Alfredo – Locally made linguini with our own Bleu cheese creamy Alfredo sauce, fresh basil and shredded Parmesan cheese. $10

Wild Mushroom Stuffed Ravioli – Ravioli stuffed with wild mushrooms served with a creamy roasted red pepper sauce and fresh grated parmesan cheese and basil. $17
