2010 Finca Flichman Paisaje de Tupungato, Mendoza, Argentina
Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot
Ripe red fruits of plums and red currants with notes of vanilla. Concentrated and structures with balanced tannins and a persistent finish.
2011 Stama Old Vine Zinfandel, Lodi, California
Ripe and fruit and spice on the nose with soft easy pepper on the palate followed by a long, smooth finish.
2010 Eco Terreno ‘Three Vine Red’ Alexander Valley, Sonoma County, California
Strong hints of terroir on the nose, with earthy saddle leather and smoky tobacco leaf balanced by dark cherry, boysenberry, toasted vanilla bean, and caramel. Layered and complex on the palate, with braised fruit of cherry, sweet plum, and blackberry laid overtop bittersweet chocolate, pomegranate black tea, dried cranberry, and sweet baking spices.
2009 Midnight Estate Zinfandel, Paso Robles, California
Intense and intriguing. Big, jammy, bright and youthful, this wine is true to its varietal. 30 months in French oak. 16.9% alcohol. Only 1000 cases produced.
