2010 Russell Family Vineyards Roussanne, Paso Robles, California

An amazing wine of extraordinary complexity and richness. Aromas of rose petals, exotic fruits such as mango and nectarine intermixed with peach marmalade, honeysuckle and crushed pineapple emerge from this full-bodied white along with good acidity and lavish amounts of fruit and glycerin. Dense and rich, with creamed yellow apple, sweetened butter, glazed pear and melon notes all woven seamlessly together and gliding through the very long finish.

2009 Fire Block Old Vines Grenache, Clare Valley, Australia

Aromas of red plum, mulberry and red cherry with earthy and dried herb undertones. Soft and supple on the palate, its rich texture carries flavors of black raspberry and orange zest. While decadently rich, it never loses its balance or focus.

2010 Crumbled Rock Pinot Noir, Juliard Vineyard, Dundee Hills, Oregon

An initial sense of licorice opens to a scent of warm toasty oak. The flavors are dark – Juicy black raspberry, dark hearty plum, and blackberry with a rich and creamy mouth feel. Only 175 case production.

2008 Elderton Shiraz, Barossa Valley, Australia

In typical Barossa style, the wine shows both power and refinement. The wine starts off seductively earthy but then turns to glorious crushed berries, chocolate and hints of plums and vanilla.

2010 Rabbit Ridge Estate Grown Petite Sirah, Paso Robles, California

This is a massive wine with body, dense tannins and balanced acid. The nose shows blueberry fruit and vanilla from oak aging. The pallet includes dark fruit, to the tune of blackberry, black cherry, black plum and a touch of currant, mocha and spice. Splendid lingering long finish.
